Our barre classes are designed for maximum efficiency and incredible results.
Barre combines the best of pilates, ballet, strength, and yoga training in a fast-paced,low-impact total-body workout. This class targets all major muscle groups, sculpting your arms, abs, lifting your seat, lengthening your thighs, and improving overall flexibility. It’s the perfect way to sweat, tone, and reset before tackling your day.

Chair Strength at Gypsy Rising was intentionally designed through the lens of Chair Yoga—rooted in what we know works: building muscle, improving stability, and supporting real-life movement. This class incorporates weights, Pilates balls, and a variety of props to create a full-body strength experience that is both accessible and effective.
Expect upbeat music, laughter, and work. This is a class for real people who want to feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies. While the chair is used as a tool for support, much of the class challenges your strength, coordination, and balance in a way that’s practical and empowering.
We’re not precious here. We move with purpose. We build strength for everyday life.

Rediscover feel-good movement in Chair Yoga. Chair Yoga is an accessible and gentle form of Yoga in which students use a chair to support their bodies in various modified poses to bring stability to the body.
Regardless of age, injury or limitations this can be a fruitful practice. We spend time working on posture, opening up our shoulders, and relaxing our neck with the aim of feeling good!
You can expect a combination of seated and standing work with modifications for every level. Think of this as 45 minute tune up to feel great.

Explore your physical edge with power yoga! This is a heated vinyasa flow class at the next level. Power Yoga offers a strong practice that can level up your body and mind. We focus on the WHOLE self!
During this class, you might learn new poses such as arm balances and inversions, or maybe you will hold the poses for a longer amount of time. Emphasis is on building strength and flexibility at a faster pace.
Expect to sweat, be challenged, and grow.

Enjoy the flow in this Non-Heated class. Creative and energizing sequencing either targeting certain areas of the body, focusing on different themes or helping to build certain abilities, such as strength, flexibility or balance.
Class begins with gentler movements to warm up the body, then moves into flowing sequences. These may include standing poses, balances, inversions and peak poses. The classes tend to end with slower, deeper stretches, and often floor-based asana practice.
Every class at Gypsy Rising will offer modifications for every level and will offer props for support. This is the ideal class for a beginner looking to explore what the mat has to offer.

Yin is an invitation to slow down and soften.
This quiet, meditative practice is designed to gently target the deeper layers of the body—connective tissues, joints, and fascia—through longer-held postures and mindful stillness. Poses are typically held for several minutes, allowing time to breathe, settle, and release in a way faster practices simply don’t allow.
At Gypsy Rising, Yin is about more than flexibility. It’s about learning to be with yourself—listening, letting go, and creating space in both body and mind. Expect a calm, grounded environment where stillness becomes powerful and patience becomes practice.
This class is the perfect counterbalance to more active formats like Power, Sculpt, and Pilates. You’ll leave feeling open, restored, and deeply relaxed—yet quietly strong.
