Welcome to Gypsy Rising Yoga, a boutique yoga and barre studio where you can move, sweat, and prioritize yourself. This space was built with love, and I’m beyond excited to share it with you!

We offer a variety of classes to meet you where you are—whether you’re looking for an intense, heart-pumping workout or a mindful, restorative practice:

  • Explore your physical edge with power yoga! This is a 45 Minute vinyasa flow class at the next level. Power Yoga offers a strong, practice that can level up your body and mind.

    During this class, you might learn new poses such as arm balances and inversions, or maybe you will hold the poses for a longer amount of time. Emphasis is on building strength and flexibility at a faster pace.

    Expect to sweat, be challenged, and grow.

  • Morning Energy, Heated Boost

    Start your day strong with this 45-minute barre class designed for maximum efficiency and incredible results. Held in our heated studio (85-90 degrees), you’ll enjoy the added benefits of infrared heat, which helps boost circulation, enhance flexibility, and energize your body.

    Barre Express combines pilates, barre, strength, and yoga training in a fast-paced, total-body workout. This low-impact class targets all major muscle groups, sculpting your arms, abs, lifting your seat, lengthening your thighs, and improving overall flexibility. It’s the perfect way to sweat, tone, and reset before tackling your day.

  • This is a Non-Heated Class. Creative and energizing sequencing either targeting certain areas of the body, focusing on different themes or helping to build certain abilities, such as strength, flexibility or balance.

    Class begins with gentler movements to warm up the body, then moves into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. These may include standing poses, balances, inversions and peak poses. The classes tend to end with slower, deeper stretches, and often floor-based asana practice.

    Every class at Gypsy Rising will offer modifications for every level and will offer props for support.

  • Rediscover feel-good movement in Chair Yoga. Chair Yoga is an accessible and gentle form of Yoga in which students use a chair to support their bodies in various modified poses to bring stability to the body.

    Regardless of age, injury or limitations this can be a fruitful practice. We spend time working on posture, opening up our shoulders, and relaxing our neck with the aim of feeling good!

  • This workout incorporates both yoga to improve mobility and flexibility as well as the use hand weights and stretchy bands to improve strength and build bone mass. This seated/standing workout will leave you feeling great and energized throughout your entire body.

  • Private Session: Book your own private yoga session customized to you.

    Benefit Class: Host a class to raise money for your favorite Charity. 50% of earnings go back to your organization.

    Small Group Class: Let's design a class for you, your friends or co-workers. Girl's Night Out or Mom's Night to Chill.

    Corporate Yoga is designed to educate, empower and bring relief to desk workers from the common issues and ailments they experience when working for long periods of time.
